Is it possible to know too much?

Just kidding, I know that it is not...and I know that I certainly don't know everything, but I know city government and I know city budgeting and I KNOW that my grad student teacher does not! I know this is a completely foreign language to a lot of people, but she is telling everyone that Council goes into private meetings to discuss the budget (this is ILLEGAL), that the budget and ad valorem tax rate ordinance are adopted as a single ordinance with a single motion ( the budget and tax rate require three seperate motions of which are quoted verbatum in state law)!

I'm doing my best not to correct her, but you can bet I will if I end up missing a question on a test. I guess this is the disadvantage of going back to school mid-career!

I'm just frustrated I have to pay for this cr*p!
